5. Driver-Related Returns (For Deliveries)
- If an item is damaged during delivery, the driver must report it immediately to Izospana.net and the seller.
- Buyers should inspect items upon delivery and report any issues to the seller within 24 hours.
- If a driver is found responsible for damages, they may face suspension or removal from the platform.
6. Dispute Resolution
- If a buyer and seller cannot agree on a return, Izospana.net may assist in resolving disputes.
- Buyers must provide photo evidence of defects or damages.
- Disputes will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and a fair resolution will be made.
