4. Seller Responsibilities

  • Once a return is approved, sellers must process refunds within 3-5 business days.
  • If a product is found to be defective, sellers must offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Driver-Related Returns (For Deliveries)

  • If an item is damaged during delivery, the driver must report it immediately to Izospana.net and the seller.
  • Buyers should inspect items upon delivery and report any issues to the seller within 24 hours.
  • If a driver is found responsible for damages, they may face suspension or removal from the platform.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • If a buyer and seller cannot agree on a return, Izospana.net may assist in resolving disputes.
  • Buyers must provide photo evidence of defects or damages.
  • Disputes will be reviewed within 5-7 business days, and a fair resolution will be made.
